This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which ForexBaap.com may issue refunds for deposits, subscription fees, or other charges. Please read this policy carefully before using our services.

Important Notice

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions and trading services, most transactions are non-refundable once executed. Please ensure you understand our services before depositing funds.

2. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following transactions are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Completed trading transactions (profits or losses from trades)
  • Trading fees and commissions already charged
  • Cryptocurrency deposits that have been credited to your account
  • Referral bonuses that have been distributed
  • Funds lost due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the user
  • Losses resulting from AI trading bot decisions

3. Refund-Eligible Situations

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

3.1 Technical Errors

If a technical error on our platform results in incorrect charges or duplicate transactions, we will investigate and process a refund if the error is confirmed.

3.2 Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe unauthorized transactions have occurred on your account, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed, process appropriate refunds.

3.3 Pending Deposits Not Credited

If your deposit is not credited within the expected timeframe and you can provide proof of the transaction, we will investigate and either credit your account or process a refund.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the blockchain network and your wallet provider.

4. Subscription Refunds

For premium subscription services:

  • Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a subscription period
  • Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 14 days from purchase
  • Free trial periods do not qualify for refunds

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Log in to your account and navigate to the Support section
  • Create a support ticket with subject "Refund Request"
  • Provide transaction details, including transaction ID, amount, and date
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • Include any supporting documentation or screenshots

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed using the same method as the original transaction:

  • Cryptocurrency deposits will be refunded in the same cryptocurrency
  • Refunds may be credited to your platform wallet or sent to your external wallet
  • Network fees may be deducted from the refund amount

7. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision:

  • You may request a review by contacting our senior support team
  • Provide any additional evidence or documentation to support your claim
  • We will review your case within 10 business days
  • Our final decision will be communicated via email
